Payment/Deposits must be paid 3 weeks before the market date to secure your place, after this we have to fill your space.
The remaining deposit payment will be taken 2 weeks before the event date.
If you are using the deposits to book multiple dates you should book them under separate transactions otherwise the balance will all be taken on the first due date.
Deposits are non refundable/transferable. If you are cancelling a normal event the cut off time is 4pm the Monday before the event date to receive credit. (Separate rules for Christmas events are in the T&Cs - no refunds or transfers are available after 1st November)
